MWM207 Mixer microwave is a receiving system with tripling, low noise amplifier and mixer designed and manufactured by GaAs pHEMT process. This product can realize the down conversion function in the 90-97 GHz frequency band.

Attention:
1. The bias of the low noise amplifier is Vg1, and the corresponding power supply is Vd3 and Vd4, while the bias of the local oscillator driver is Vg2, and the corresponding power supply is Vd3 and Vd4.
2. If higher or lower frequency conversion gain is required, the bias Vg1 (-0.2V~-0.6V) and Vd3 and Vd4 (-2V~4V) of the low noise amplifier can be adjusted appropriately.
3. The integrated low noise amplifier model is MWL205, the typical noise value is 5dB, the gain is 18dB; the integrated mixer (with tripling) model is MWM205, the typical frequency conversion loss is 12dB. This information serves as a reference for system noise calculation.
